Hiring me as your doula means that you will have unlimited call and text access to me as you need, at least 2 prenatal visits so we can become familiar and go over your plan, labor and birth support, and one postnatal in-home visit. I also offer basic photography during your labor and birth, just know that this is not at a professional standard! All of these aspects are clearly defined in my contract which we will sign upon the date of hire, including the rate of pricing that we agree upon. Hiring me as your doula also means that you will truly feel held and supported through this time. Before hire I like to have an interview to see if we mesh, either virtually or, better yet, in person!

This course has been a true labor of love. I took two different courses during my own pregnancy and have decided to combine everything I've learned into one big bundle. Don't worry, it won't be overwhelming, and this course is designed to very much include your partner and prep them for birth too! It's designed to give you a solid knowledge base to make informed decisions from, help you navigate any fears, and ready you for all things labor, which in my opinion is the juiciest part! The course is four weeks long and can be done via Zoom if preferred, until we get to the coping with labor section.

This service allows me to bring your placenta home, steam it in the traditional Chinese medicine way, and dehydrate and encapsulate it for your consumption. Why? We see animals do this in the wild after giving birth, as it gives back those nutrients to your depleted postpartum body, and helps tremendously with the hormonal slump that occurs after giving birth.
