Here's a little about me
Beginnings
I had felt quiet whispers for a while that I wanted to work in birth, and I eventually began my doula journey in 2021. I took the course offered through DONA International, which included segments on breastfeeding and newborn care in addition to labor and labor support. At the time I was living out in the mountains, so I traveled to Denver often with clients since there were no mountain birth services! Needless to say I learned a lot during those years. In 2023 I experienced a pregnancy loss of my own and decided to take a little break from attending births. I did get pregnant again and birthed a beautiful boy in September 2024. Now that he's older I'm jumping back into this world with more experience and enthusiasm!
Current
I live in Golden, Colorado with my partner, our 2 year old, and our lab mutt, Bodhi. I enjoy staying active with hiking, snowboarding, yoga, and going to the gym. I enjoy thrifting, game or craft nights with friends, and live music. I feel really passionate about setting up families for a birth that they'll want to remember, so let me show up for you!
