What's the kind of birth you're hoping for?
I’m here to help facilitate that, and as with all things in life, we know that our dreams take work to see through. When it comes to bringing human life into the world, being prepared for labor and birth and your new life can truly define the situation. I believe knowledge is power, which is why I work so hard to educate new parents and prepare them for this time of transition. Together we build a base by working on all the logistical things first and then prepare to enter into the surrender that is birth by relaxing and toning the nervous system. Without childbirth education and without a doula, you can still have a baby and still have a beautiful birth. But with education and with a doula, you can really set yourself up for success. I help guide parents into making well-informed and educated decisions while providing the most nurturing space I can in order to allow birth to unfold. I’m here to hold space as needed. Everyone deserves to feel fully supported, and I'm excited to be a part of this Golden and foothills birth community!
